I just placed an order. How long will it take to get it?
Shipping times will depend on what you choose during the checkout process. It usually takes 2-3 days at most. Keep in mind that this does not include processing times.
How long it takes to pack up an order will vary based on a few factors. All orders are packed in chronological order; if there are a lot of orders before you, it may take some time for us to get to your order. This happens a lot when we have a big sale going on.
In addition, it may take some more time if you order something we currently don’t have in stock. Whether we wait for it to come back in stock, or just ship out what all we do have and send you the back-ordered product later, will be determined on a case-by-case scenario.
For example, if you only order one product, we will wait for that to come back in stock. If you made a large order, we will usually send out everything we do have and ship out the back-ordered items as soon as those come back in, so that you can get your products as soon as possible.
Can I make changes to my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. In order to make corrections, you will need to cancel the order and place a new one.
Can I apply a coupon to my order after I have submitted it?
No. We do not take coupons after an order has been placed. Be sure to include any coupon or promotional codes at the time of purchase in the box at the bottom of the screen where you review your cart; once an order has been placed, we will not apply discounts.
I’m trying to use a discount code and it’s not working.
Please contact customer service in order to make sure the code you are using is one we accept.
Items are being added to my cart that I didn’t order!
If the total cost for the item shows as $0, this is a free item that you are being given due to a current promotion campaign. If it is charging you for an item you did not place in your cart, please contact customer service.

When do I get a tracking number?
Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order is packaged up and a label is generated. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders for this email.
I placed an order and haven’t received a tracking number yet.
Tracking numbers are sent out only after a label has been generated when the order is packaged and ready to be shipped. If you have not received one yet, it is likely that your order is still processing. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders as well if you have not received tracking information yet. If a week has passed without indication of your order having been shipped, please call customer service.
I have a tracking number. Where is my package?
If you are waiting on a delivery, and the tracking information has not updated on where your package is for more than three days, you will need to contact the shipping service in order to find where your package is. Once a package has been picked up by the shipping service, we do not have control over where it goes and how long it takes to get to you. Please call the company that is handling your shipment to pursue this (either USPS or UPS, depending on what shipping method you selected at the time of check out).
Orders of over $100 worth of products receive free shipping. This minimum does not include any additional fees or charges.

What is the minimum order for wholesalers?
Wholesale accounts are required to purchase $250 in product at wholesale price (equivalent to $500 in product at retail price) in order to receive the 50% off wholesale discount. In addition, wholesale accounts are required to make at least one wholesale purchase per month in order to maintain their account. This is to ward off potential misuses of our wholesale system. Turnaround for wholesale accounts is very quick – usually within 24 hours. Please give us a few days to process your application, and be sure to check your spam/junk folders for the acceptance email.
You are free to have your own promotions and sales, so long as they do not infringe on any of our requirements.
