Delivery timelines depend on the shipping option selected during checkout and typically range from 2 to 3 days. Please note that this timeframe does not include order processing times, which can vary based on order volume and inventory availability. During high-demand periods, such as sales events, processing may take longer. For items not immediately available, we will either wait for restocking or ship available items first, depending on your order’s specifics.
Once placed, orders are final. To correct any mistakes, the original order must be canceled, and a new order must be submitted.
Coupons must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be added after the order is placed. Ensure any discounts are entered before finalizing your order.

Shipping

If you haven’t received tracking information, your order is likely still being processed. If over a week passes without an update, please contact customer service.
If your package’s location has not been updated for over three days, please contact the shipping provider directly. Once the order is in transit, tracking and delivery timelines are the carrier’s responsibility.
Free shipping is offered on orders exceeding $100, excluding any additional fees or taxes.
